The Mission of Sacred Heart Radio
Sacred Heart Radio is listener-supported Catholic radio, with the mission of using the power of broadcasting to transmit the Truth of Jesus Christ as taught by the Catholic Church, while also providing the practical tools and support for our listeners, local and around the world, to grow in knowledge and love of the Faith and apply it to their daily lives.
Our History
Since 2001, Sacred Heart Radio has brought Catholic programming to the area 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Beginning with one station, WNOP, and two employees, Sacred Heart Radio now operates three local radio stations: 740 AM (heard in Cincinnati and Covington, KY) 89.5 FM (heard in Hamilton/Fairfield, Ohio), and 910 AM covering Middletown and Dayton OH.
In addition to broadcasting programs from EWTN and the Ave Maria Radio Network, Sacred Heart Radio produces the Son Rise Morning Show from 6-9 AM which is heard across the country on more than 330 EWTN Radio affiliates and Driving Home the Faith with host Fr. Rob Jack from 4-6 PM weekdays.
After building new state-of-the-art studios in December 2020, we are now located in downtown Cincinnati at the headquarters of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati at 100 E 8th Street, where we will continue broadcasting the best Catholic programming available!
