O God, dispenser of heavenly gifts, you united in the angelic youth Aloysius, a wonderful innocence with a no less wonderful spirit of penance; grant us by virtue of his merits and prayers the grace to imitate his penance whose innocence we have not practised. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
