David Upham

David R. Upham is a Professor of Law at the St. Thomas University College of Law (Miami) and Senior Fellow in Politics and Law at the University of Dallas.  He has published extensively in the field of constitutional history, and the history of the Fourteenth Amendment in particular, including “Plowing Around Obergefell” for the Notre Dame Law Review.
