Dr. Randall Smith

Dr. Randall B. Smith is a Professor of Theology at the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas.  He finished his Ph.D. at Notre Dame under the direction of the late Ralph McInerny.  He is the author of several books, including Reading the Sermons of Aquinas: A Beginner's Guide (Emmaus, 2016), Aquinas, Bonaventure, and the Scholastic Culture of Medieval Paris (Cambridge, 2022), and the recently released From Here to Eternity: Reflections on Death, Immortality, and the Resurrection of the Dead (Emmaus, 2022).
