Dr. Len Munsil

Dr. Len Munsil is the sixth president of Arizona Christian University. Prior to joining ACU, he served as the Founding President and General Counsel for The Center for Arizona Policy and built it into the nation’s largest and most effective state-based pro-family policy organization. Since joining ACU in 2010, President Munsil has overseen the university's growth and expansion, including a name change, a new vision for Christian cultural engagement, expanded course offerings and majors, increased fundraising and significant enrollment gains.
He initiated and negotiated ACU’s successful move to a much larger state-of-the-art campus in Glendale. In 2006, he won the Republican nomination for Governor of Arizona. In 2016, he served as a delegate to the GOP National Convention and as a member of the Platform Committee. President Munsil is also an author. His book, "Transforming Culture With Truth," is now in its second edition.
In this seminal work, he exposes the assault on the principles and values that built Western Civilization, and offers a compelling vision for transforming a decaying and divided culture through biblical truth. Dr. Munsil's wife, Dr. Tracy Munsil, is also a key figure at ACU, serving as Executive Director of the Cultural Research Center, Publisher of Arizona Christian University Press, and Associate Professor of Political Science.
They have eight adult children and 18 grandchildren.
