Ryan Moreau

Ryan J. Moreau is the founder, CEO and editor-in-chief of Essentialist Press. Established in 2023, the mission of Essentialist Press is to inspire a return of the faithful to the perennial Catholic spirituality as first introduced by Jesus Christ and practiced by his mother and the early Apostles. Essentialist Press aims to restore a clear, simple, and essential path for Christians to pursue the kingdom of God without distraction and in the light of what is true, good and beautiful. As an entrepreneur, Ryan has helped to launch more than 30 companies across a variety of industries. The former college athlete is a graduate of Vanguard University. He reverted to the fullness of the Catholic faith in 2017 and resides in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho, with his wife Kelsey and their five children.
