Emily Mentock

Emily Mentock began her career leading social media for Verily Magazine as they transitioned from print to becoming an exclusively digital publication. After experiencing a conversion that reconnected her to the Catholic faith, she took on a role doing social media and digital marketing for the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend. One year later, she returned to her alma mater, the University of Notre Dame, to help launch Grotto Network, a digital media project focused on pre-evangelization for young adults.

In 2020, Mentock joined the Archdiocese of Detroit Department of Communications, where she serves as the Associate Director of Strategy overseeing content, marketing, and creative work. She is a Founding Team Member of FemCatholic, a winner of the 2021 OSV Innovation Challenge, and Co-founder of Real+True, a global project on the Catechism that has the patronage of the Holy See through the Dicastery for Evangelization. Most recently, Emily was a producer for "The Violinist", a documentary presented by the Augustine Institute in partnership with Digital Continent.
