Philip McHugh

Philip McHugh is the President and Interim Executive Director of CISE, the Catholic Inner-City Schools Education Fund. Over more than 30 years at Fifth Third Bank he led numerous teams and divisions, and he’s served on a variety of local cultural and educational boards.
