Dr. Thomas McGovern

Dr. Thomas McGovern is a co-host of the “Doctor, Doctor” program heard on Sacred Heart Radio every Saturday. A surgeon, Army veteran, and at-large board member of the Catholic Medical Association, he’s also a Knight Commander of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem, and the father of seven.

He's the author of “What Christ Suffered: A Doctor’s Journey Through the Passion" (2021; revised and expanded 2026;OSV Press).
