Dr. Annie Huey

Cincinnati native Annie Huey, Ph.D., founded Sacred Heritage Tours following her completion of a master’s degree in theology from Xavier University and a doctorate in theology from the University of Dayton. During her academic journey, she developed a deep passion for American Catholic history, women’s history, and material culture. She loves bringing history to life by sharing captivating stories and fascinating facts about U.S. Catholics and Catholicism, often with her twin 11-year-old sons, who share her enthusiasm for exploring the past. Annie’s dedication to storytelling ensures that every tour is an engaging journey through history, connecting people with the rich heritage of Catholicism in America.
