Dr. Scott Hefelfinger

Dr. Scott Hefelfinger serves on the faculty at the Augustine Institute Graduate School of Theology. He teaches in the areas of moral and dogmatic theology, specializing in Catholic social thought, marriage and family, and the theology of the interior life.

After undergraduate studies in music composition, Dr. Hefelfinger pursued further studies at the International Theological Institute in Austria and the University of Notre Dame, where he completed a PhD in Moral Theology. Combining his academic training and his experience with art, traveling missionary work, and the richness of family life, Dr. Hefelfinger teaches internationally on morality, prayer, and family life.

He can also be found presenting his work at academic conferences, writing for various publications, and appearing on FORMED.
