Dr. Dan Guernsey


Dr. Dan Guernsey is an associate professor of education and director of the Masters of Education in Catholic Educational Leadership program at Ave Maria University and a Senior Fellow at the Cardinal Newman Society.
With more than 35 years of experience in Catholic education, he has dedicated his career to strengthening Catholic educational institutions. He helped develop the Catholic Curriculum Standards currently used by 1,235 schools and 36 dioceses, as well as Catholic identity evaluation protocols for Catholic schools.
Dr. Guernsey's course, “The Foundations and Future of Catholic Education." also part of Ave Maria University’s program of free, online courses, “The Pursuit of Wisdom."
