Msgr. Jason Gray

Msgr. Jason Gray is executive director of the Fulton Sheen Foundation. Ordained a priest for the Diocese of Peoria in 1997, he received his license in Canon Law from Catholic University of America and has served as a parochial vicar and a pastor in several parishes and at the Diocesan Tribunal.

He was present when Bishop Jenky opened the Cause for Archbishop Sheen in 2002 and has served in the Cause in various roles. He assisted Msgr. Soseman who carried out the diocesan inquiry into the life and virtues of Archbishop Sheen, and im 2011, he conducted the diocesan inquiry into the miraculous healing of a baby boy as a miracle for Beatification.

In 2012, Msgr. Gray was assigned to the Congregation of the Causes of Saints where he worked for three years while also earning his doctorate in Canon Law from the Pontifical Lateran University. Since returning to the Diocese of Peoria, he has been pastor of St. Thomas, Peoria Heights, Judicial Vicar of the Tribunal, and executive director of the Fulton Sheen Foundation.
