Fr. David Endres
Fr. David J. Endres is academic dean of the Athenaeum of Ohio and Professor of Church History and Historical Theology. He holds a doctoral degree from the Catholic University of America, Washington, D.C., and is editor of the scholarly quarterly U.S. Catholic Historian.
Fr. Endres’s primary research focus is Catholic history in the United States. He has authored or edited numerous articles and monographs, and most recently co-edited and contributed to Antistite Nostro, a Festschrift in honor of Archbishop Dennis M. Schnurr.
A current project is a book-length study of the life of Archbishop William Henry Elder, the second Archbishop of Cincinnati.
