Cosmic distances are so immense, that astronomers have historically relied on light in order to explore the cosmos, as not much else can carry information over such large distances. However, evidence has been building for an exotic form of matter that does not interact with light at all: Dark Matter. In this lecture, we’ll explore this mysterious form of matter that may be lurking in the vast expanse of space.
Event is free and open to the public. No reservations needed.
