Please join fellow Catholic baseball fans to see Archbishop Casey throw out the ceremonial first pitch before the Cincinnati Reds vs. Cardinals game Saturday, August 30 at Great American Ballpark.
Archbishop Casey’s pitch will be around 6:25 p.m., prior to the game. which begins at 6:40 p.m.
The first pitch will be part of a special night at Great American Ballpark for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. In addition to Archbishop Casey’s pitch, the evening will include a celebration of the beginning of the new academic year. Catholic school
principals from all 87 Catholic grade schools and 24 high schools will be invited onto the field at about 6:20 p.m. to be recognized before the game.
