“Concepts create idols… only wonder comprehends” — St. Gregory of Nyssa
Dr. Massimo Robberto, branch lead of the Near-Infrared Camera of the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) at the Space Telescope Science Institute will discuss his career working to build and implement major space instruments on the Hubble Space Telescope, JWST, and many others.
Following the talk, there will be a Q&A session for Dr. Robberto and an opportunity to discuss the role of faith in a scientific career. Weather permitting, a night sky viewing will take place at the observatory afterward.
