Oktoberfest Mass, Over-the-Rhine

Heading Cincinnati for Oktoberfest? Old St. Mary’s, the only parish in the region with a weekly German Mass, invites all to the annual Oktoberfest Mass. Special guests will include Munich City Council members, Lena O‘Dell and Julia Schönfel, and representatives of area German societies. Old St. Mary’s music director Sean Connelly will conduct Blaskapelle Bad Bayersoien & Friends, a brass band from Bavaria, and Oktoberfest fare will be served at a reception following Mass featuring music by Cincinnati’s Polka Warriors.
