The Catholic Committee on Scouting invites all youth, families, and Scouts to participate in a pilgrimage called the Trail of Churches.
Participants will experience local Catholic churches, history, art, faith, and fellowship!
Here’s How to Join Us:
• Register by emailing, [email protected]. Include adult leader name, cell number, group name, and number of participants.
• Plan ahead to determine your starting point and route.
• Pick up a “passport” at the first stop and have it signed at each location by a leader.
• Visit at least 3 of the 5 participating Churches. (No visits during Confession or Mass).
• All youth with a passport signed by at least three participating churches will receive a Trail of Churches patch.
• At each Church, take a tour and/or participate in Mass.
• Arrive by noon at the Diocese of Covington Curia Office for refreshments, distribution of the Trail of Churches patch,
and a vocation talk by Fr. Conor Kunath. Following the talk, we will walk to the Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption for a guided tour.
• All groups must have Virtus-trained adult leadership/chaperones and transportation.
